{"id":15001,"date":"2026-06-18T15:47:32","date_gmt":"2026-06-18T18:47:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.nutricion.edu.uy\/?p=15001"},"modified":"2026-06-18T15:54:31","modified_gmt":"2026-06-18T18:54:31","slug":"construyendo-la-red-sin-gluten","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.nutricion.edu.uy\/?p=15001","title":{"rendered":"Construyendo la red sin gluten"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Nueva convocatoria a estudiantes de la Licenciatura en Nutrici\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Invitamos a estudiantes de la Licenciatura en Nutrici\u00f3n a sumarse de esta propuesta coordinada por la U.A. de Alimentos, la Tecnicatura Operador de alimentos y el Club de Leones de Rivera. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Objetivo de la propuesta:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fortalecer el conocimiento, la socializaci\u00f3n y el apoyo comunitario en torno a la alimentaci\u00f3n sin gluten, integrando a personas intolerantes al gluten, cel\u00edacas, sus familias, manipuladores de alimentos y organizaciones locales, mediante actividades formativas y de extensi\u00f3n universitaria, en la ciudad de Rivera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Objetivo del trabajo a realizar por los\/as participantes:<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Colaborar en la capacitaci\u00f3n a participantes del taller y elaboraci\u00f3n de materiales para la actividad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nivel de formaci\u00f3n que se le requerir\u00e1 a la\/el estudiante:<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De preferencia tener cursado nutrici\u00f3n cl\u00ednica I y II y TFQA, de la Licenciatura en Nutrici\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cantidad de estudiantes: <\/strong>5<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Disponibilidad horaria:<\/strong> Horarios a convenir; primera reuni\u00f3n informativa el 7\/7 a las 10 hs<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Carga horaria que deber\u00e1 destinar la\/el estudiante:<\/strong> 3 hs semanales<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Inscripciones:<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enviar mail con datos personales (nombre, correo electr\u00f3nico, grado de avance en la carrera, n\u00famero de tel\u00e9fono) a: <strong>sgigante@nutricion.edu.uy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las inscripciones se reciben <strong>hasta el 6 de julio<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Nueva convocatoria a estudiantes de la Licenciatura en Nutrici\u00f3n.
