Adem\u00e1s, un grupo de flamantes Licenciadas en Nutrici\u00f3n representado por Victoria Valiente Villanueva present\u00f3 parte del trabajo de finalizaci\u00f3n de grado titulado \u201cComponentes minoritarios en aceite de oliva virgen extra uruguayos y su relaci\u00f3n con la salud cardiovascular\u201d. Laura L\u00f3pez, de la C\u00e1tedra de Bromatolog\u00eda y Nutrici\u00f3n de la Facultad de Farmacia y Bioqu\u00edmica, la Universidad de Buenos Aires, donde visitamos el Laboratorio.
